×What is deleted
The account; the sessions on all your phones; the marks of the fairs covered by your trial or your passes, including any name you typed yourself for a fair; your team membership; your synced records and the key data; the counters of AI use; and the link between you and your purchases.
◷What stays after deletion, and for how long
Four things remain. First, the purchase records — the Google order number, the product, the amount, the currency, the dates and the encrypted purchase token — kept for as long as accounting regulations require; we are still establishing the exact period with an accountant, and until then these records are not deleted automatically; with us they are no longer linked to a person, and Google still sees the order in its own system. Second, a one-way hash of your Google account identifier and the dates of the free trial, kept without a time limit and only so that an account created again with the same Google account does not receive a new free trial; neither an e-mail address nor a name can be recovered from the hash. Third, a one-way hash of your phone’s identifier and two trial dates on it (when the trial first started and when it last started), only so that the free trial applies once per phone; it is kept for 365 days from the last trial on that phone and is not deleted with the account, because it is not linked to it; neither the identifier nor the phone model can be recovered from it. Fourth, backups of the database (including the encrypted synced records), encrypted at Cloudflare (EU), kept for at most 8 weeks, so a deleted account disappears from them at the latest 8 weeks after the deletion.
