Need a different number of people, or want to pay by invoice? Write to us. The invoice is an advance payment and the team is activated once it is paid.
How to order by invoice
Sign in to the app
The manager opens the app and signs in with Google.
Copy the Account ID
In the app, open Account and copy the Account ID.
Write us an email
Tell us the fair, the number of people (5 or 20), the company, the tax ID and the Account ID. The button opens a ready draft.
Receive the invoice
We send an invoice for an advance payment.
The team is activated
Once the payment arrives, we activate the team on your account. The manager then adds the members in the app.
Questions
Are contacts shared inside the team?
Yes, if the manager turns on contact sharing. The team’s contacts are then encrypted with the team key and synchronised through our server, which cannot read them. Every member sees and can edit them; a member deletes their own, and the manager deletes all. A contact from a fair the team covers goes into the team space automatically, and with the “Share with team” switch you move it back to your personal space.
What if our fair is not in the catalogue?
That is fine. The team can enter the fair themselves in the app.
Is AI included?
Yes. AI card reading, email drafts and notes summaries are included for every member of a paid team, at no extra charge, for as long as the team is valid. AI stays optional: each person turns it on in the app.
What if someone leaves the team?
Each team has replacements (1 for a team of 5, 3 for a team of 20), so a member can be swapped for another person.
What if the team has more than 5 or 20 people?
The manager can add an extra seat for each additional member. It is paid per member and the price is shown in the app. An extra seat comes with AI, like every other seat.
