Privacy
In short: the site stores nothing about you unless you sign in to your app account; the app keeps your contacts on your phone and, if you turn sync on, also as an encrypted copy on our server that we cannot read (details in the app policy); and an e-mail you send us is kept for at most 12 months.

What this website stores
No accounts are created on the website, there is no contact form, no tracking scripts and no advertising cookies. The site sets one cookie, fa_lang, so that it remembers your language. If you sign in with your app account on the page “Your account”, three more cookies are used only for that: fa_sesija (your sign-in, readable only by our server, at most 30 days), fa_prijavljen (a mark that you are signed in, with no data in it) and fa_oauth_stanje (a short-lived protection while the sign-in is in progress, 10 minutes). Signing out removes them. If you are in a team, that page also shows how many seats are taken, until when the team is valid, which fairs it covers and that AI is included for all members; there are no names or contacts of team members there, because the server cannot read them. None of this stays in your browser except the cookies in this section. What the sign-in itself stores on the server is described in the app privacy policy. If you choose a light or dark theme, the site remembers it in one more cookie, fa_tema (one year).
What the app stores
Scanned cards, photos, notes and ratings are created in the app on your phone. Text recognition runs on the device itself, so cards are not uploaded anywhere to be read. You turn sync on on the screen after sign-in (the app suggests it) or later in settings, and you can turn it off at any time. While it is on, your contacts, notes and “My card” are encrypted on the phone before they are sent, so our server keeps only an encrypted record that it cannot read; photos of cards stay on the phone. A separate case is the optional AI included in the package, which you turn on yourself: then the text or photo of a business card you choose (and, for a summary, notes with the rating and follow-up status, only with your confirmation) passes through our server to Google to be processed and is not kept by us; details are in the app privacy policy.
Contacts of other people
A scanned business card contains another person's data. You remain responsible for how you use it, and you can delete any contact — and all of its photos and notes — from the app at any time. If you use the AI included in the package, the business card you send for processing contains another person’s data; you send it for the purpose for which you scanned the card and only for cards you have the right to process.
Statistics about fairs
We may use anonymous, aggregated numbers about fairs — how many people attended and from which countries — never individual contacts and never anything that identifies a person.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to the address below and we will answer.
Messages you send us
The site has no contact form and stores nothing of the message itself — you open your own mail program and send it. The message we receive is processed by Tehnokan d.o.o. Smederevo, and only so that we can answer your question, carry on the communication it requires, update a fair’s details or talk with an organiser. We keep messages for at most 12 months from the last exchange, unless a legal or contractual obligation requires us to keep them longer. The data controller is Tehnokan d.o.o.
