Bienal Internacional do Livro de São Paulo 2026 took place September 4 – 13, 2026 — Distrito Anhembi, São Paulo, Brazil.
The Brazilian Book Chamber carries out the Bienal Internacional do Livro de São Paulo, a book fair at the Distrito Anhembi exhibition complex in São Paulo, with the event organised by RX. Publishers, bookshops, authors, publishing professionals and readers take part. The organisers call it the largest cultural event in Latin America. Besides the commercial exhibition area, the programme runs in themed cultural spaces for author meetings, debates, education, the publishing trade, comics, children's activities, podcasts and health. A guest of honour country takes part, and a business area serves rights negotiation. The Jabuti literary prizes also have a space at the fair. The Bienal is held every two years and is open to the general public as well as to the book trade.
