About the fair
TAREX 2026 takes place November 20 – 22, 2026 — The Super Dome, Masaki, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
The official website describes TAREX as Tanzania's national real estate expo, held at the Superdome in Masaki, Dar es Salaam. It has an exhibition floor and a conference forum. The focus is residential and commercial property, investment and the financing of Tanzania's property market. The organisers list policymakers, developers, financiers, investors, regulators and buyers as the audience. Forum sessions deal with capital and policy, construction, Zanzibar and investment strategy, and they are also streamed so that buyers abroad, in particular members of the diaspora, can follow them. Exhibitors reserve floor positions through the organisers, and visitors can register for the forum and the exhibition.
