About the fair
Sajam knjiga Novi Sad 2027 takes place in March 2027 — Novosadski sajam, Novi Sad, Serbia.
Admission to the International Book Fair in Novi Sad is free. It is held on the Novi Sad fairground by Novosadski sajam, which has run events devoted to the written word, culture and art for more than three decades. Domestic and foreign publishers take part and sell their titles at fair discounts. Well known authors appear and meet visitors. There are special programmes for preschool, primary and secondary school children, programmes in the languages of national minorities, and the Laza Kostić Days. Novosadski sajam gives several awards at the fair. The Laza Kostić award goes to a domestic exhibitor for the best publication, another award to the best book of children's literature, and the Zaharije Orfelin award to the most beautiful book. The international art exhibition Art Expo runs at the same time.
