About the fair
Međunarodni sarajevski sajam knjiga 2027 takes place April 14 – 19, 2027 — Centar Skenderija, Sarajevo, Bosnia & Herzegovina.
KJP Centar Skenderija organises the International Sarajevo Book Fair and calls it the most significant cultural and business event in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the region. The fair is held at the Centar Skenderija complex in Sarajevo. Publishers, authors and readers meet in several halls, among them the Mirza Delibašić hall and a children's pavilion in the Dom mladih building. The central presentation area, Bosanska kuća, hosts book promotions, meetings with authors and discussions of literary works. The programme also includes a round table on libraries, authors and readers, and art exhibitions. A recent edition had a guest country of honour and added Vrata znanja, an education, science, art and culture fair. The public can attend with a paid entry ticket.
