About the fair
hrvatski i 22. međunarodni Simpozij agronoma, Sibenik 2027 takes place February 15 – 19, 2027 — kongresni centar, Šibenik, Croatia.
Seven multidisciplinary sections shape the Croatian and International Symposium on Agriculture. The first three cover agroclimatology and crop production, horticulture and viticulture, and animal production. The others deal with food science, digitalisation and smart agriculture, agroecology with soil and water, and agrifood economics. The event is a scientific conference and not a trade fair, held at the Amadria Park resort near Šibenik on the Dalmatian coast. The Faculty of Agriculture of the University of Zagreb organises it together with the Faculty of Agrobiotechnical Sciences Osijek and several co-organisers. The programme consists of scientific sessions, invited lectures, organised discussions and poster presentations, and participants are researchers, professionals and young scientists from Croatia and abroad.
