About the fair
BIFHEX Indonesia (Bandung Int. Food & Hospitality Expo) 2027 takes place April 1 – 9, 2027 — Sudirman Grand Ballroom, Bandung, Indonesia.
PT Indorich Expo Utama, a trade exhibition company whose stated focus is business to business contacts between brands, buyers and industry professionals, runs BIFHEX in Bandung. The venue is the Sudirman Grand Ballroom in West Java, Indonesia. The show has two parts, one for food and beverage and one for HORECA, the sector of hotels, restaurants and catering. The same company stages related food and HORECA fairs in Surabaya, Palembang, Yogyakarta, Makassar and Tangerang. The Bandung edition is aimed mainly at buyers and professionals of the food service and hospitality trade.
