Adriatic Gastro Show - 12. međunarodni festival gastronomije i turizma takes place February 18 – 20, 2027 — ŠC Gripe, Split, Croatia.
Adriatic Gastro Show is an international festival of gastronomy and tourism. Its organiser calls it the largest and highest quality HORECA trade fair event in the region. Companies from gastronomy, winemaking, tourism, hospitality and interior fitting take part and present products, services and innovations to a broad audience. The organiser says it wants to reach every visitor, professionals and the wider public alike. Visitors pay a small entry fee. The festival takes place in winter, ahead of the summer tourist season, and an exhibitor catalogue can be downloaded.
